John has made it his mission over his 30 years of experience to focus on changing and improving businesses processes at each company he has influenced. For the past 4 years at Advanced Search & Business Analytics, John has worked with his clients to get the most of their data by super charging the use of decision making analytics in combination with state of the art open source search tools.

Prior to forming his current company, John led development organizations at LexisNexis and Macmillan Information Services as Vice President of Product Development. His teams built very profitable directory sites including lawyers.com which was the number one searched site on the Internet for consumers looking for legal services with over 1 million searches a month.

Gary Aiello – Vice President of Technology

Gary has over 25 years of experience managing a number of business areas within a number of organizations. Gary is an experienced Publishing industry management and technology professional with significant strengths in general management roles, technology utilization and implementation, quantitative analyses, product development and enhancement, both domestic and international operations, change management, and continuous process and productivity enhancements. In his most recent experience Gary ran the publishing services business unit for Bowker.
